Target audience who enjoy a gamble

One night, I requested a late checkout, and they did it with no fuss. I’ll never forget that moment when I was sitting by the heated pool, just soaking in the sun, the staff kept checking on me to make sure I had everything needed.

Let me tell you, it wasn't exactly inexpensive but had its moments.

the hotel is in a calm area near the beautiful sea, which is perfect for a stroll. It’s just a short walk to the amazing Madinat Makadi Golf Resort and the pleasant Bay Village, making it easy to explore during my stay.

nice reef, paved way along the beach, organized diving

The air conditioning in the room was excessively loud, making it hard to sleep despite being on full power!!! The WiFi was almost nonexistent in the rooms, forcing us to camp out in the reception area for connectivity!!!

The Oriental restaurant was great, but the aircon was annoyingly loud all night.

The cleanliness throughout the resort was exceptional, from the rooms to the beach area. I especially enjoyed the diverse food options available during my stay. there was always something delicious to try. The staff were genuinely friendly and willing to assist with any requests, making us feel welcomed. The garden view from my room was serene and picturesque, a perfect escape to unwind after a day of activities.

The noise from the air conditioning unit was disruptive at night.

The room was a decent size but I wasn’t blown away. The view was okay, but I honestly liked it better after they switched my room. I appreciated that they changed it quickly. The setup was really nice. easy to get around, but the air conditioning had a leak that got messy. It felt a bit outdated, but comfy enough for a few nights. Could definitely use some upgrading though.

Had fun with great water park facilities. Animation team kept us entertained. Check-in was slow, which was a bummer.

Had a right blast at this place! The pools were proper lush, and the staff like merry ol' Khaled made our stay even better. Only downside was the food—could've been tastier, mate. But overall, it was a lovely vibe, cheers!

Had an amazing time with friends! The aqua park was thrilling and kept us entertained all day. We loved hanging out at the beach and exploring the kids' club, too. The staff were friendly, especially Merry, who made our stay extra special. Food options were diverse and delicious.

We faced a bit of an issue with our shower door not closing properly, which was inconvenient.

The beach was great for snorkeling, with decent spots to check out. The pools were super clean with lifeguards on duty, added peace of mind for fams. The staff were polite and always ready to help.
